The difference between Self enquiry and Introspection

Introspection and self-enquiry are two distinct methods for exploring and understanding the self, but they have some similarities and differences. Introspection refers to the process of examining one's own thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a systematic and conscious way. It involves looking inward and observing one's own mental and emotional states. This can be done through techniques such as journaling, meditation, or therapy. The goal of introspection is to gain insight into oneself and to better understand one's thoughts, feelings, and behavior.
